This gentle yoga class is designed for those seeking a therapeutic approach to movement – supporting the body through mindful breathing, accessible postures, and intentional stillness. Each class blends functional movement, breath awareness, and guided relaxation to ease stiffness, build strength and promote overall well-being. With a whole-body focus, we’ll explore movements that target tight or tense areas such as the hips, shoulders and spine, while nurturing balance, coordination and inner calm. Movements are adaptable and can be done on the floor or supported on a firm bed or couch to ensure accessibility and comfort.  Whether you’re returning to movement or looking to deepen your current practice, this breath-centred experience meets you where you are and encourages steady progress over time. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome. You will need: a yoga mat; a yoga strap or belt; a yoga block or firm pillow, and a bath towel or blanket.
