Have you resigned yourself to feeling “old” because “that’s just what happens”? I’m here to tell you that this does not have to be your future. What you eat and how you spend your days has so much to do with how you age. It also has a major impact on many of the chronic conditions that we associate with aging. Join me for a fun, informative series filled with practical advice on how you can not only slow the aging process but also reverse many of the “I’m just getting old” conditions that you may be facing. By focusing on food and lifestyle adjustments you will feel empowered to make choices that will leave you feeling youthful and full of life.

Instructor:  Lisa Sebastian

When I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the age of 30, I was sure I would be sick and struggling for the rest of my life. After years of doctors and medication, I found relief through nutrition. That is part of what has led me on this journey of creating wellness in others. At the age of 50 I quit my job as an educational assistant and went back to school. I enrolled in a one-year nutrition and health coaching program with Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition. I graduated with honours in June of 2024. I have been helping others on their journey to wellness through one-on-one consultations and workshops ever since.
