This dynamic photography course will explore some of the techniques we can use to get the very best images. Students will learn to use some of the more advanced features of their cameras specific to unique situations. We will start by reviewing and practicing the fundamentals of exposure and composition, ensuring that participants are ready to take the next step. Then, using a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, subsequent classes will explore different genres of photography such as landscape, wildlife, portrait, action, photojournalism, macro, and more. These classes will teach photographers the proper settings and techniques used by the pros and delve into some of the more advanced features of your camera.

Participants should have a good quality DSLR or Mirrorless camera and be comfortable using their camera outside of automatic modes. Point and shoot cameras and cell phones will not have the features this class requires.
