Join us to learn more about where happiness really comes from and how it can be sustained, no matter the challenges life is presenting. In this course, we will be focusing on the internal constructs that happiness must be built upon (how to find happiness within ourselves, rather than seeking it in external ways). Participants will come away with an easy understanding of the neuroscience that surrounds the concept of happiness (how the brain operates and what it needs to be happy); of the main obstacles that restrict our connection to happiness (and their solutions), especially as we get older; and of the various types of happiness and happiness formulas that can help anyone achieve a connection to their peace and joy. Participants will be provided with a toolbox of strategies that will help build and maintain happiness on an everyday basis.
